Job summary

You will manage day-to-day trust and investment accounts, coordinate with internal and external advisors, and ensure superior service across wealth, trust, and estate planning needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in trust, fiduciary, private wealth, or wealth management.
• Knowledge of trust and estate administration and corporate trustee responsibilities.
• Experience managing client relationships in a trust administration or wealth advisory environment.
• Understanding of investment and portfolio management concepts.
• Familiarity with tax considerations affecting individuals and trusts.
• Strong organisational, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer trust, agency, and retirement accounts with accurate documentation of transactions.
• Review client portfolios with investment professionals to align with objectives and policies.
• Conduct annual trust account reviews including performance, fees, and risk.
• Assist clients with trust and estate planning solutions and wealth transfer strategies.
• Review and interpret trust and estate documents.
• Prepare research, reports, and presentations for client meetings and reviews.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Build relationships with attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, and referral sources.
• Network within the community to identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to a collaborative office environment and support the broader team.
