Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred if practical trust experience.
• CTFA or MBA preferred.
• 5 years of Trust Officer experience required.
• 5 years managing moderately complex, multi-tiered trust relationships.
• Knowledge of trust data processing systems and estate tax principles.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide new business through marketing programs and professional outreach.
• Offer in-house expertise on trust administration issues.
• Book and retain business via cross-selling.
• Educate branches on trust products and services.
• Develop referral networks to meet sales goals.
• Administer and monitor complex trust relationships.
