Qualifications

Responsibilities

A well-established independent trust and wealth management firm is seeking an experienced Trust Officer to join its growing team in Venice, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a trust professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, administering complex trust and estate structures, and working alongside attorneys, tax professionals, and investment specialists to deliver exceptional client service.

As a Trust Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of trust and investment accounts while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and their families. You will work closely with internal investment professionals, external advisors, and other key stakeholders to ensure clients receive a high level of service and support across their wealth, trust, and estate planning needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer trust, agency, and retirement accounts, ensuring accurate documentation of transactions and communications.
• Review client portfolios alongside investment professionals to ensure alignment with client objectives and investment policies.
