Confidential Employer seeks a skilled attorney to join a trusts, estates, probate, and related litigation practice in Pasadena. California bar in good standing and 2+ years of litigation experience are required.
You will handle depositions, discovery, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations, draft pleadings, and collaborate with experienced attorneys. A flexible hybrid schedule is available after onboarding.
Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Pasadena, California. This is a hybrid opportunity, with an initial 90-day in-office onboarding period followed by flexible work-from-home options.
Candidates must have an active California State Bar license in good standing and 2+ years of litigation experience. Trusts, estates, probate, or related litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required for consideration. Candidates must also be comfortable independently handling core litigation responsibilities, including depositions, discovery, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and caseload management.
