Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of trust and estate litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses.
• Analyze complex trust, probate, fiduciary duty, and estate dispute issues.
