Job Details

Responsibilities:

• 1. Providing comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, trusts, and wills.
• 2. Drafting various estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
• 3. Assisting clients with wealth transfer strategies and advising on tax implications.
• 4. Meeting with clients to gather information, explain legal options, and answer questions.
• 5. Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in trust and estate law.

Qualifications

• 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning or a related field.
• 4. Extensive knowledge of trust and estate law, including tax-related matters.
• 5. Proven experience drafting and implementing estate planning documents.
• 6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• 7. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• 8. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative legal strategies.
• 9. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
