Qualifications

• J.D. required and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trust and estate administration.
• Completion of an LLM in Taxation is strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel trustees through all phases of trust administration.
• Prepare trust administration documents including asset distribution and sub-trust funding.
• Gather, inventory, identify, and value trust and estate assets.
• Prepare and review trust accountings, estate and gift tax returns.
• Draft and file probates and related court documents.
• Oversee court matters from petition filing to court orders.
