Responsibilities

• Handle trust administration for large, multi-generational estates.
• Design and implement customized estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
• Draft comprehensive estate planning instruments, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer techniques.
• Coordinate with fiduciaries, financial advisors, and tax professionals.
• Stay current on relevant state and federal laws impacting estate planning and taxation.
• Provide legal oversight on trust funding and post-death administration.
