BCG Attorney Search seeks a Probate and Trust Attorney in Orange, CA to provide expert counsel in probate, trust administration, and estate planning. The attorney will work closely with clients to ensure swift and effective resolution of their cases, while utilizing Clio for client and time management.

Ideal candidates will possess a JD degree, an active license, and strong knowledge of probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge in probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning.
• Proven experience in legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on client advocacy.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in probate law, trust administration, and estate planning cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Utilize Clio for client and time management.
• Draft clear and persuasive written communications for court filings and client correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client interactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed counsel.
