We are a well-established, highly respected mid-sized law firm in New York City, seeking a talented Trust & Estate Attorney to join our team. Our firm is known for its commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and services in all areas of trust and estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Assist clients with estate administration, probate matters, and post-mortem tax planning.
• Represent clients in fiduciary matters, including trust and estate litigation when necessary.
• Collaborate with other firm members on complex and high-net-worth estates.
• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in Trust & Estate law, with a solid understanding of estate planning, probate, and fiduciary law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in estate and tax planning is a plus.
