Job description

• Provide legal guidance and support to our clients on matters related to export controls, sanctions, customs compliance, and other trade regulations
• Conduct thorough reviews of international trade transactions, agreements, and documentation to identify potential compliance risks
• Advise on trade compliance requirements and best practices
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement effective solutions

Minimum Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on international trade compliance, including familiarity with EAR, ITAR, FTR, and / or AFAC
• Strong knowledge of import and export controls, economic sanctions, customs regulations, and other relevant trade laws and regulations
• Ability to stay current on changes to trade laws and regulations, and advise management on potential impacts on business operations
