Univest Financial Corporation in Souderton, PA seeks a Trust Compliance Officer to lead the Trust Department's Compliance Management Program, partnering with regulators, auditors, and leadership.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering all aspects of Univest Bank and Trust Co.’s (“Univest”) Trust Department Compliance Management Program
Develop, review and maintain the Trust Department’s compliance policies and procedures
Conduct regular compliance risk assessments
Regularly test and monitor the effectiveness of compliance controls; manage third-party compliance testing as applicable
Prepare testing and oversight reports for the Chief Compliance Officer and the Chief Risk Officer of Univest
Serve as the Trust Department’s liaison with regulators and auditors
Serve as a member of the Trust Department’s Trust Committee and the Discretionary Distribution and Real Estate, Fee and Acceptance, and Investment Committees
Remain current with regulatory changes, supervisory guidance, expectations, and industry landscape
Responsible for developing, implementing, and presenting the Trust Department’s Compliance Training Program
Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a trust company compliance role (Trust Compliance Officer experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations for a trust company
Demonstrated experience with state and federal regulatory trust company exams and working knowledge of related procedures and requirements
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management, organizational, diagnostic, critical thinking, presentation, and relationship development skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $125,000
