Responsibilities

• Focuses on administering and growing Trust, Investment Agency and Custody accounts for high net-worth clients and serves as an SME.
• Participates in management level committees.
• Deepens and grows client relationships and increase product exposure.
• Analyzes, interprets and executes Trust accounts as directed by the legal instrument with fiduciary duties.
• Proactively communicates with clients and third-party providers to ensure high client satisfaction; prepares financial reports.
• Ensures accounts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures regarding Fiduciary Administration.
• Conducts regular reviews of Trust, Investment Agency, and Custody accounts for proper administration.
• Develops partnerships with internal business partners, including Portfolio Managers and Wealth Management Advisors.
• Communicates advice to clients; manages relationships based on complexity and accessibility.
• Assists with development and implementation of new processes to improve fiduciary administration.
