You will assist Trust & Fiduciary Advisors, handle transactional activity, and ensure fiduciary objectives are met while maintaining client confidentiality and strong service standards. You will review daily reports, support account openings and closings, coordinate investments with managers, and assist with audits and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical ability and detail orientation with ability to manage client and firm priorities.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office; ability to learn proprietary bank platforms.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Team oriented with reliable attendance; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support Trust & Fiduciary Advisor(s) in the delivery of trust services, handling transactional activity and disbursements.
• Review and maintain daily reports; monitor overdrafts and complete follow-through.
• Assist with opening/closing of accounts and ensure accurate timely processing.
• Coordinate investments with the assigned manager to meet fiduciary terms.
• Support audits and maintain proper filing of client documentation.
