Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, trust and investments.
• Demonstrated proficiency and effectiveness in client service skills and communication.
• Ability to maintain servicing aspects of the client relationship.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day trust administration functions on assigned accounts with deadlines.
• Reads and understands Trust Agreements for administrative purposes.
• Monitors accounts daily for overdrafts and un-invested cash; communicates with Trust Officer.
• Uses cash forecasting with Investment Officer for account needs.
• Builds and maintains strong client contact and provides sales support to team.
• Follows-up on client issues and resolves inquiries with Trust Officer involvement.
• Assists Trust Officer in supporting business activity through Salesforce and client meetings.
• Leads by example, demonstrates client focus and teamwork, and provides back-up as needed.
• Ensures compliance with KeyBank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
