Job summary

KeyBank in Brooklyn, OH seeks an Associate to provide trust administration support to Trust Officers and deliver high-quality client service. You will handle daily account tasks, read trust agreements, monitor fees, and coordinate with fiduciary teams using Salesforce.

You will help forecast cash needs, prepare client presentations, and maintain strong client relationships, while ensuring compliance with KeyBank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience required.
• Familiarity with trust concepts and financial products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day trust administration on assigned accounts with deadlines.
• Reads and understands Trust Agreements for administrative purposes.
• Monitors accounts daily for overdrafts and uninvested cash.
• Uses cash forecasting with Investment Officer to determine account needs.
• Supports client contact and sales activities for the team.
• Prepares reports, correspondence, and presentations as requested.
• Ensures compliance with KeyBank policies and regulatory requirements.
