Job summary

KeyBank's Seattle office is seeking a KPB Client Service Associate to support trust administration within a Salesforce-driven environment. You will assist Trust Officers and Fiduciary Strategists, manage account workflows, and maintain high levels of client service for assigned relationships.

You will read and interpret Trust Agreements, monitor daily account activity, and prepare reports and client communications while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years related work experience or equivalent background (required).
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day trust administration functions on assigned accounts accurately and by deadlines.
• Reads and understands Trust Agreements and related documents for administrative purposes.
• Ensures fees are set up correctly as directed by Trust Officer/Fiduciary Strategist.
• Monitors accounts daily for overdrafts and un-invested cash.
• Supports client meetings and presentations using Salesforce, as needed.
• Builds and maintains strong client contact and provides sales support to team.
