Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related trust or financial services experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn proprietary software and systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day trust administration on assigned accounts to deadlines.
• Monitor accounts daily for overdrafts and cash balances.
• Prepare reports and client communications; coordinate with Trust Officers.
• Support client meetings and presentations with Salesforce and related tools.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
