Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in trust operations or financial services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing statements.

Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile daily trust account transactions and postings.
• Coordinate release of client statements across multiple frequencies.
• Monitor out-of-balance statements and ensure timely corrections.
• Oversee incoming/outgoing wires and verify postings.
• Manage trust payment setups and daily office mail processes.
• Order tax reports and maintain department supplies.
