Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee daily trust accounting operations, balancing cash, reconciling transactions, and ensuring accurate client statements are produced and mailed.

The role collaborates with Trust Administration and Support Services, reviews out-of-balance items, and coordinates wire activity to ensure timely processing and proper documentation across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in accounting or finance fields and strong numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and balance cash processing and daily work to ensure timely deposits and reconciliation to the trust accounting system.
• Coordinate the release of client statements for trust accounts on multiple frequencies through the vendor platform.
• Monitor and research out of balance statements to ensure corrections before distribution to clients.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing wires and verify all wires before posting.
• Review trust payment system transactions and ensure completeness of setup requests.
