Associated Bank in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Personal Trust Assistant to support Relationship Managers and manage daily account administration for personal trust and agency clients. You will coordinate client activity, assist with documentation, and ensure compliance while delivering superior customer service.

The role involves administrative and sales support, use of trust systems, and interaction with internal partners to resolve complex transactions.

Formación

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Paralegal Studies.
• 2-4 years of banking, office/administrative, or paralegal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all aspects of daily account administration for personal trust and agency clients, monitor situations for prompt action, and coordinate daily client activity with Relationship Managers and internal partners.
• Provide general administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers and management, including scheduling, correspondence, reporting, and client materials; may include MoneyGuide Pro data entry.
• Use online deposit and trust systems to obtain vital customer information, open/close accounts, oversee distributions, document discretionary payments, and process daily transactions.
• Work with Personal Trust clients alongside Relationship Managers to answer complex questions and resolve operational issues with superior service.
• Ensure compliance and risk management align with Associated Bank policies and regulatory guidelines in all account activity.
• Maintain basic understanding of tax laws and trust administration requirements to assist with client issues.
