Colony Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support trust accounting operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and has up to three years of relevant experience.

Strong Excel skills, ERP systems familiarity, and knowledge of Power BI/SQL are required. The role involves collaboration across departments to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to three years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Experience with ERP systems, Power BI and SQL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with trust accounting and supports monthly closing processes.
• Prepares journal entries and performs account reconciliations.
• Processes wire transfers and distributions under supervision.
• Completes and reviews journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Reviews general ledger activity for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyzes historical financial statements and acquisition prospects.
