Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a dependable Truss/Panel Assembler to assemble building material components, including wall panels, roof and floor trusses, and millwork products such as doors, windows, cabinets, counters, vanities, or closets.

The role requires using hand and power tools, following specifications, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Two shifts are available: 1st 6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 2nd 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, with a pay rate of $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and assembly specifications.

• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with assembly work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble building material components according to specifications.
• Insert and position materials as required.
• Clamp, splice, and fit parts during the assembly process.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Follow established production and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
