Sunpro in Lindon, Utah, seeks a Truss Operations Manager to oversee operations, training and development, problem solving, and process improvement in the Truss division. You will develop your team through effective coaching and development plans while supporting location management and striving to meet company goals with high-quality, reliable processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Lumber, Truss, or a related field.
• Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
• Develop and improve Truss division processes: lean, dispatch, design, inventory management.
• Manage data to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate root-cause problem solving for sustainable solutions.
• Foster a team-oriented environment.
• Assist with attracting talent and employee onboarding.
• Assist Location Managers in training and development of Truss employees.
• Set training standards and procedures focusing on production.
• Work with Truss employees to create and achieve their Individual Development Plans.
• Provide location management during times when location manager is not available.
• Ensure compliance with all operations safety requirements.
• Adhere to standards of conduct per Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct.
