Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Must be punctual and attend scheduled shifts.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels per design specs.
• Read work orders and shop drawings to determine material needs.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure safety compliance.
• Band and label finished products for tracking.
• Move materials and keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist with loading/unloading and participate in safety meetings.
