Job summary

Swift Supply is seeking a dedicated Truss Builder to assemble roof trusses at our Robertsdale, AL location. This full-time, hourly role involves reading plans, using hand tools, and ensuring strict safety standards are met during assembly.

You will operate manual and pneumatic tools, stack finished products, and assist in setup and cleanup while supporting a fast-paced team environment. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow building plans and instructions.
• Proficiency using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Commitment to safety rules and PPE usage.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced team or solo.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof trusses by connecting joints and components.
• Fit parts together per prescribed methods and quality standards.
• Operate rollers, presses, and hand tools to complete assemblies.
• Move trusses to the yard for delivery prep and stacking.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality compliance.
