Job summary

Staffmark Group in Baxter, MN is hiring a Truss Builder. Pay rate is $19.50-$23.50 per hour, with 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00 AM-2:30 PM) or 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 2:30 PM-1:00 AM).

You will build wooden roof and floor trusses, use hand and power tools, read a tape measure, and work with a team to meet daily production goals in a clean, safe manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Previous construction, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Build wooden roof and floor trusses according to production specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble trusses
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Follow quality standards and production requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned
