Job summary
Menards Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring for full-time and part-time production roles. Shift options include 1st and 2nd, with 1st from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday or Thursday.
Starting pay ranges: Part-Time $19.25 (1st) or $21.25 (2nd); Full-Time $21.05 (1st) or $23.05 (2nd). 2nd shift premium +$2/hr; +$3/hr on weekends. Benefits include 401(k), medical/dental, paid time off, holidays, profit sharing, store discount, opportunities to grow.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Able to stand for the full shift.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
- HS diploma preferred.

- Assemble trusses and other products.
- Operate presses, pneumatic guns, and equipment.
- Perform hands-on production work.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Work as part of a team.

Overtime may be required based on business needs: Saturdays for 1st shift & Fridays for 2nd shift.
