Builders FirstSource in Kingston, WA is hiring for a Truss Assembler to join our Kingston manufacturing facility. You will assemble roof and floor trusses, following specifications and production requirements, while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications and production requirements.
• Position and secure lumber and truss components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to exact specifications.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and identify defects.
• Operate equipment used in fastening and assembly processes.
• Work at various stations throughout the production process as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
