Job summary

Pegasus Logistics Group is seeking a detail-oriented individual to monitor and expedite the flow of goods, resources, and information across the supply chain to ensure critical processes run smoothly and meet KPIs.

The role involves coordinating with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation to optimize operations and resolve issues with suppliers. A foundational background in operations and MS Office is preferred and a willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (spoken, read, written) is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
• Identifies bottlenecks or problem areas and escalates or proposes solutions.
• Works with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts or service arrangements.
• Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
• Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System.
