Job summary

NREP in Naperville, IL is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our safety and compliance program for our growing trucking fleet. This full-time, on-site role offers a weekly pay of 2,000 USD and direct impact on fleet safety and company culture.

You will manage FMCSA/DOT compliance, monitor CSA scores, handle accident investigations, and train drivers in safety policies. Fluency in English and Russian is required to coordinate with our multilingual driver team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of safety experience in US trucking.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Fluent English and Russian language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage FMCSA/DOT compliance, including HOS, ELD, DQ files, and drug & alcohol testing.
• Monitor and improve CSA scores and prepare for DOT audits.
• Handle accident investigations, claims, and insurance coordination.
• Onboard, train, and coach drivers on safety policies.
• Work directly with dispatch and a multilingual driver team.
