Job summary

NREP in Naperville, IL is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our safety and compliance program for our growing trucking fleet. This full-time, on-site role offers a weekly pay of 2,000 USD and direct impact on fleet safety and company culture.

You will manage FMCSA/DOT compliance, monitor CSA scores, handle accident investigations, and train drivers in safety policies. Fluency in English and Russian is required to coordinate with our multilingual driver team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of safety experience in US trucking.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations.
• Fluent English and Russian language skills.

We're looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead our safety and compliance program and support our growing fleet.

Location: Naperville, IL (on-site)

Pay: $2,000/week

Type: Full-time

• Monitor and improve CSA scores and prepare for DOT audits

Requirements:

• 5+ years of safety experience in US trucking
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Fluent Russian (required, since much of our driver team speaks Russian)
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable making tough calls
