Qualifications

• Exceptional writing, clear and persuasive communication.
• Ability to translate complex trucking insurance concepts for broad audiences.
• Experience owning marketing or communications projects from brief to launch.

Responsibilities

• Writing and editorial quality: announcements, emails, presentations, website copy, product materials, executive communications.
• Lead marketing launches: positioning, launch plan, broker announcements, website updates, FAQs, sales materials.
• Broker partner communications: establish publishing cadence, updates on products and appetite.
• Company-wide communications: translate leadership priorities into clear internal announcements and presentations.
• Website and marketing materials: ensure accuracy and consistency across collateral.
• Design and brand consistency: maintain typography, layouts, templates across channels.
• Events and conferences: plan and execute industry participation and follow-up.
