Trucker Path Insurance in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support commercial trucking clients. You will process policy changes, handle documentation, and maintain strong communication with underwriters and brokers.

Based in our Downtown Phoenix office, you will start in-office five days a week, then transition to a hybrid schedule with three in-office days. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a commercial lines CSR or account support role at a retail agency/broker (trucking focus preferred).
• Active Arizona Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Customer-focused with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Clear and compassionate communicator who can handle multiple tasks with care.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to learn.
• Calm, professional presence in client interactions and internal conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; build rapport with truckers, brokers, and underwriters.
• Tech-savvy with agency management systems (Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Processing policy endorsements, cancellations, certificates of insurance, binders, and billing documentation.
• Reviewing and updating policy documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Providing responsive and thoughtful customer service to commercial insurance clients.
• Staying current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and TPI procedures.
• Working closely with producers and underwriters to meet client needs quickly and thoroughly.
• Assisting with document management and supporting client communications in a timely, professional manner.
