Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments and manage stockroom/omni-channel operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes; engage customers.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
