Job summary

Craft Massachusetts is hiring a Truck Sampler/Unloader in Everett, MA to unload and prep trailers for the next day’s routes. This full-time, hourly role requires careful handling of products and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will unload, sweep, and organize items, including keg handling for supplier redemption, while maintaining efficient operations and safety standards. Prior warehouse experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work the schedule 10:30am - 7:00pm Mon-Thu; 9:30am - 6pm Fri.
• 1 year warehouse experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Strip down retail trucks Monday through Friday.
• Remove all products and materials from trailers.
• Sweep trailers.
• Dispose of products in warehouse per trash and recycling policies.
• Organize empty kegs for redemption to suppliers.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned (restocking, cleaning, picking, etc).

Title: Truck Unloader

Location: Everett, MA

Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm; 9:30am - 6pm Friday

Compensation: Starting Pay Rate: $22.00/hr; Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00/hr

Objective

The Truck Unloader is responsible for unloading and cleaning the trailers that return from their routes so they are cleaned and ready for the next day's routes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Strip down retail trucks Monday through Friday

Qualifications And Requirements

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truck


• Walking and standing on hard surfaces on a frequent basis


• Two handed lifting of up to 2 cases of beer [55lbs] from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basis


• Occasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 0 - 105 F on a seasonal basis


• Repetitive manual handling of half barrels [165lbs each] , quarter barrels [ 90lbs each], and cases of beer [ 27lbs each ]
