Job summary

Craft Massachusetts in Everett, MA is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to operate box trucks and vans, delivering pre-sold products to customer accounts on a full-time, non-exempt basis. Monday–Friday schedule with early morning hours and varying end times depending on route.

Responsibilities include safe driving, DVIR completion, stock rotation, loading and unloading, and maintaining professional, courteous customer service. CDL required with 1 year city driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to transport alcohol.
• Active Under CDL License in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL vehicle operation in city traffic.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday starting at 5:45 AM; end times vary.

• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report maintenance or repair needs.

Job Type: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Job Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:45am - 1:00pm - 5:00pm; depending on route and daily workload

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.50/hour; Starting pay $24.00/hour

Objective: Under CDL Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely operating box trucks and/or vans - all equipped with automatic transmissions. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional delivery service while upholding product quality standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly.
• Must be able to lift approximately 55 lbs (e.g., two cases of beer).
• Must be able to operate a two-handed hand truck on inclines and stairs.
• Requires frequent walking up and down stairs and inclines.
• Must have sufficient vision and hearing to perform job duties safely and effectively.
