Job summary

Craft Massachusetts in Everett, MA is hiring a Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to receive, replenish, and move goods in a busy warehouse. The role runs Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm with a 30-minute lunch and starting pay of $22.00 per hour, up to $28.00 per hour for higher performance.

Responsibilities include stripping trailers, removing products, sweeping, organizing stock, and reporting inventory issues. Forklift certification and 1 year of forklift experience are required.

• 1 year warehouse forklift experience required, 2 or more years preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members and operations management to meet daily operational goals
• Stay current with required safety training
• Other duties as assigned

Objective

The Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, replenishing, cleaning up, and stripping down retail trucks and performing other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truck
• Climbing stairs and inclined surfaces on an occasional basis
• Walking and standing on hard surfaces on a frequent basis
• Two handed lifting of up to 2 cases of beer [55lbs] from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basis
• Occasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 0 - 105 F on a seasonal basis
• Repetitive manual handling of half barrels [165lbs each] , quarter barrels [ 90lbs each], and cases of beer [ 27lbs each ]
