1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore Franchise is hiring a Truck Team Member to move junk with a teammate in a branded truck across residential and commercial sites in Baltimore. You will lift items up to 75 pounds, sort materials for donation or disposal, and provide friendly, professional service at every appointment.

Average earnings are $24-$28 per hour including base pay, profit share, and tips. Paid training, uniform provided, and opportunities to advance are available.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license held for minimum of three years.
• Reliable, upbeat, and motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with customers.
• Enjoys working as part of a two-person team.
• Able to perform physical work and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial locations throughout Baltimore.
• Safely lift, carry, and load items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Sort collected materials for donation, recycling, or disposal.

• Coordinate with dispatch to stay on schedule.
• Begin shifts from an approved remote location when available.
