Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC in Atkins, AR is seeking a Truck Shop Manager to lead the truck service department. You will own shop performance, drive profitability, and ensure safe, efficient repairs for heavy-duty trucks and trailers.

You will manage technicians, recruit and coach staff, and engage with customers to resolve escalations while maintaining high service standards. This role requires 3+ years in supervision and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading truck service, diesel repair, or related service center operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role; preferably in truck stop, service bay, or logistics environments.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and inspire a diverse team.
• Comfort using systems for scheduling, work order management, and parts inventory.
• A high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays.
