You’ll recruit and coach a diverse team, use scheduling and work order systems, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role demands 3+ years in a supervisory capacity and a commitment to flexible hours.

Formación

• Proven experience leading truck service, diesel repair, or related service center operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role; preferably in truck stop, service bay, or logistics environments.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and inspire a diverse team.
• Comfort using systems for scheduling, work order management, and parts inventory.
• A high school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
