MasterTech in Fort Myers, FL is seeking qualified diesel truck mechanics for a busy, well-equipped shop. Diagnostic and engine experience is preferred as you diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair trucks from brands including Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner and more.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $35.00–$55.00 per hour, with both hourly and flat-rate options. Expect a day shift, a collaborative team environment, and a focus on quality repairs for diesel trucks and trailers.

Qualifications

• Qualified Diesel Truck Mechanics are required for a busy, clean, polished, and equipped Truck Shop in Fort Myers, Florida.
• Diagnostic and internal engine experience preferred.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks from Hino, Ottawa Trucks, East, Pitts and Dorsey Trailers, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, Cummins, Detroit, etc. and systems including engines, A/C, electrical, exhaust, brakes, axles, and more.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.

No overtime required; work-life balance is highly respected.
