MasterTech in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a qualified Diesel Truck Shop Foreman to lead a busy, clean shop. Leadership and supervisory experience with hands-on diagnostic and internal engine work on diesel trucks is preferred.

Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year. Benefits include Health Insurance, 401K matching, eye care, life & ADD insurance, paid uniforms and training, plus weekly pay and bonuses. Schedule: Day shift, Mon–Fri 7:30am–3:30pm.

A Qualified Diesel Truck Shop Foreman is requiredfor a busy, clean, polished, and equipped Truck Shop in Fort Myers, Florida. Leadership and supervisory experience along with hands on diagnostic and internal engine experience preferred.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000/year based on the experience and training.

Schedule:

Day shift, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Foreman that excel in this role should have experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks from Hino, Ottawa Trucks, East, Pitts and Dorsey Trailers, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, Cummins, Detroit, etc. and systems including engines, A/C, electrical, exhaust, brakes, axles, and more. Knowledgeable, reliable, and team-oriented Leaders will integrate into an established team while providing guidance and organization for quality repairs to diesel trucks, trailers and more.
