Affinity Truck Center is seeking a qualified service technician to diagnose and repair assigned truck issues promptly and accurately. You will collaborate with the service advisor, prepare repair lists, and ensure parts availability for timely service.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to standard repair procedures, and effective communication with customers and colleagues. The position requires a valid driver license and relevant training or certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a positive outlook and attitude.
• Valid driver license and ability to be insured by Affinity (Class A & C).
• Two-year college or technical school or six months to one-year training related experience/training or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair assigned vehicle issues with attention to safety and quality.
• Prepare and provide parts and repair lists for review and authorization to Service Advisor.
• Obtain and document price quotes through the Parts Department as needed.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.
