Job summary

Lv petroleum in Mount Vernon, MO is hiring a Truck Service Advisor (TSA) to deliver first-rate service. You will write work orders, handle OTC transactions, and communicate quotes to customers while coordinating parts from vendors and ensuring safety for customers and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and flexible hours including nights and weekends. A valid driver's license and prior cashier or service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Knowledge of parts and repairs shop operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; Properly write up an ETA Work Order; Secure Purchase Orders, Prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report; Understand various payment types.
• Maintain the safety of both our customers and team members.
