Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Orders and secure Purchase Orders.
• Prepare and communicate quotes to customers; coordinate parts from vendors.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain safety of customers and team members.
• Assist in end-of-shift reports and shift duties.
