Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in cashiering and customer service is preferred.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is a plus.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays both indoors and outdoors.
• A valid drivers license is required.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare quotes and secure purchase orders.
• Coordinate sourcing of parts from outside vendors and arrange delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift reports; manage ETA Work Orders and communication with customers.
• Maintain customer safety and the safety of team members.
• Handle payments and various types of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide first-rate service to customers through product knowledge and services.
