Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in the United States is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, listen to repair needs, and guide customers toward the best solutions while driving service, parts and repair profits.

You will greet customers, assess needed services, prepare repair orders, estimate time and costs, and act as liaison between customers and technicians, with on-the-job training and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Basic math and computer skills needed.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Previous experience in service management or supervision is a plus.
• Previous mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and provide exceptional service.
• Listen to problems or service needs and determine required service.
• Prepare repair orders and estimate time and cost of repairs.
• Advise customers on other available services and secure agreement before repairs.
• Act as liaison between customers and technicians and manage expectations.
• Maintain documentation including invoices and work orders.
• Verify final invoices and reconcile work performed and charges.
