Responsibilities

• Write, detail and process (pay out) Work orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Orders.
• Secure purchase orders, prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift reports; understand various payment types.
• Provide customers with explanations of vehicle issues and what is needed to return them to the road safely.
• Regularly communicate with drivers/companies by phone to secure payments or advise on vehicle issues.
