Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ability to read and comprehend English instructions.
• Must have a working knowledge of heavy truck repair methods.
• Ability to identify and meet customer needs and requirements.
• Organizational, communication and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all customer contact with the Service Department, including repair estimates, service appointments, authorizations, status inquiries and payments.
• Generate and maintain all work orders and repair orders; issue clear repair instructions to technicians.
